If a Four-Year-Old Has a Birthday. . .

. . .she’s going to want:

*a train cake

*balloons

*to go to the park

And if her parents want to see her smile, they will:

*let her help make a train cake,

(especially since the design was her idea)

*provide some wacky “wiggle worm" balloons for fun

and

*let her choose a princess bike helmet and bell for her birthday present

so she can go to the park and ride.
